As a Certified Family Business Advisor, NLP practitioner and Trauma-informed coach, with over 25 years of leadership experience at 3M, and as a 7th-degree black belt in karate and a dedicated student of Ashtanga Yoga, Chris’ work is grounded in his own leadership experience and personal development.

He works with next-generation family members and leaders within organizations to cultivate strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and effective communication skills—preparing them for the complexities of future leadership roles. Chris’ holistic approach emphasizes seeing each family member as an integral piece of the whole.
